Our coaching for artists is based on many years of experience in the concert business and in dealing with eminent artists, their special abilities, and specific needs.
Listening intently during the coaching process opens up a space in which artistic potential can blossom without judgement or prejudice. The key question is: "What is really mine?” This is a seminal approach. Coaching lays the inner foundations for effective external practice.
The coaching is independent of representation by the Allegra concert agency. It takes place in a personal conversation – in person, by telephone, or via Skype.
Afterwards, the Allegra concert agency gladly supports the concrete realisation of a project, which has crystallised during the coaching process - with recommendations for action, creative planning, strategic development of networks as well as the development of concrete marketing strategies.
