The art of play is one of the easiest and most joyful approaches we can utilise in order to explore and embrace the world. However, establishing a structure with clear rules is critical to ensure that games are played fairly. Our project management ensures the delivery of this framework, to facilitate and nurture artistic potential.
The Allegra Concert Agency ensures the conceptual design and implementation of top quality musical projects. Our main focus is the presentation of concerts and special events, tailored to the needs of children and their families. We stay true to our ethos of using play as the cornerstone for each project, thus benefiting children, our audiences, musicians and organisers. We assist our clients in developing cultural projects; we identify niche requirements and help build sustainable networks. This includes strategic input in artistic project development, the creating and maintaining of networks and collaborative partnerships, as well as the acquisition of patrons and sponsors. These strategies help ensure the optimum positioning of our clients.

Zuzana grew up singing and playing the violin in her native country, Slovakia. Here she received a classical musical education, which included performing Slovakian folk music. After obtaining her Master’s degree in Romance Philology and Linguistics, she devoted herself to studies which focused on the communication and preservation of language, culture and tradition.
In 1998, using her unique knowledge and experience, she initiated projects for children and teenagers at “Die Glocke” in Bremen, one of the first concert halls in Germany for this focus group. Zuzana provided expert consultancy for the International Beethovenfest Bonn, establishing new musical projects for children and young people. Through her engagement with the musical society, “Oldenburg Music for Children”, she has organised numerous children’s concerts and remains committed to furthering the creation and development of new German songs for children.
Zuzana Pesselová founded the Allegra Agency, combining her extensive knowledge and experience to provide expert consultancy to artists and concert managers as well as networking opportunities for all those involved in the children’s music and other artistic events management business. She remains passionately committed to her violin in her spare time.
Enno Samp, an enthusiastic classical music and Jazz fan, founded the Oldenburg Orchestral Academy as a student, which he managed successfully for 8 years. On the completion of his Economics and Music studies, he turned his hobby into his profession. He began his career as a project manager for productions at “Die Glocke” concert hall in Bremen and moved on to manage the Public Relations and Events portfolio at “The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen”.
Since 2010, Enno has been working as a freelancer for the latter. While doing so, he also managed the Swiss orchestra “Sinfonia Amadei”.
Enno’s portfolio at the Allegra Agency includes all the marketing, PR and press relations for all projects. He devotes his time and energy to ensuring that the accounting remains in order, as well as managing the billing for the projects and sponsorships. Playing the trombone is his favourite hobby.
Tim is very media savvy and he is a successful, creative all-rounder. He completed his studies in audio-visual digital design and became self-employed immediately after his studies. He is passionate about film and he has many satisfied promotional film clients. He works with them to storyboard and create film narratives; he documents events and he creates advertising and promotional film clips for commercial companies, as well as for clients in the music and festival industry. Moreover, Tim has made image films, cinema advertising trailers and product presentations for numerous companies. Tim sees projects through from start to finish: he controls the entire process from the idea generation to filming, editing and post-production.
Tim’s innate musicality and sense of empathy become apparent in his intensive work over the years with the Allegra Agency in the realm of children’s music. It is here that his unique visual language has developed, enabling greater access to the genre for his audiences. When he is not engaged with his camera or computer, he is to be found playing his keyboard.
